We have worked with Jeremy for 2 years and have seen a tremendous improvement in our general levels of fitness. We train individually and together and regardless, Jeremy comes up with innovative ideas to make the sessions both intense, but also good fun (which is important when you are working so hard). I don’t think in the entire time we have trained together, we have ever done the same routine twice, so it never gets boring and it continues to work.

 

What makes Jeremy different from other trainers is his in-depth knowledge of fitness, physiology & nutrition, coupled with an obvious passion and enjoyment of what he does.
