The Resilience Fitness Habits are essentially behaviours or practices that we feel are universally important for improving health and fitness.
Some of the habits do this directly, such as the dinner habit, whereas others impart improvements indirectly, such as the fasting habit.
Regardless of the habit, our expectation is that you'll work on adopting and normalising the habit assigned for between 2-6 weeks, with 2-4 being the norm, before moving on to something else.
Remember, the habits represent principles of health and fitness rather than methods, so if you need any help implementing them on an individual level, just ask.
