Programme Notes:

  • This food plan is a guide and does not account for any allergies or intolerances.
  • Avoid any of the above foods that may be personal irritants.
  • No refined carbohydrates (Pasta, Bread, Sweets, Fizzy Drinks, etc) should be consumed for at least 5 days preceding this detox
  • Where possible, fruit and vegetables should be organic
  • At least 1.5 litres of water should be consumed every day and where possible water should be either bottled or filtered.
  • Fresh Lime or Lemon can be added to water to improve taste and effectiveness
  • Herbs, spices and home-made dressings, can and should be used liberally to enhance the taste of foods (Olive Oil, Corriander, Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Chilli, etc)
