The best diet is the one you'll do. Whilst there's some truth to that, it's not entirely true. Just because you can do a diet, doesn't mean it's effective.

 

We have a number of ways of coaching, based on your preferences and needs, we'll decide which one suits you best.

If you like knowing what to eat and when, we'll provide you with meal plans and recipes. If you're more interested in learning how to make eating better part of your normal day to day life, we'll coach you using a habit based system, that allows you to learn at your own pace.

As qualified manual therapists, we're also not tied to traditional, yet ineffective strategies like ultrasound. Any approach we use has been tried and tested. In fact, we're so confident of our approach, if you don't feel noticeably better after your first session, it's free.

Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, we can use software like Skype and YouTube, as well as conventional email, to conduct assessments and give you feedback on progress and technique.

 

On top of that, all you programs, habits, food plans, etc, are accessible from any internet enabled device. Meaning if you're planning your weekly shopping, our custom lists are just a mouse click away. Likewise, if you're at the gym and forget a particular exercise, we have a library of videos to help remind you.
