Sarah is the co-founder of Resilience Fitness, a fitness and nutrition coaching organisation operating out of Lancashire, England.
Sarah had a passion for heath and fitness at a young age and in 2003 made the permanent change from a career in media and sales to health and fitness. Fully immersing herself in the industry, she has experienced great success, both for her private clients and also the members of her classes. An active person herself, Sarah enjoyed sport (particularly track and field), from an early age, before deciding to opt for a more commercial career path in media upon leaving education. However, as the years passed, the need to return to her more active roots became stronger.
Over the years, Sarah has certified as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist and taken additional certifications in nutrition and exercise referral. She is a national assessor for Les Mills UK and a Course Tutor and Assessor for Focus Training UK, investing her time teaching and developing new personal trainers coming into the industry. She has also been a national presenter for Gravity UK (now Total Gym) and a Group Exercise Manager, Instructor and Assessor for many years.
One of Sarah’s greatest assets is her ability to connect with people on a truly personal level. Her personal training clients and the members of her classes all benefit from the genuine interest she takes in their well-being and progression.
